Based on a report by TelecomTalk, Reliance will combine all services under a single plan. This includes Jio Gigafiber the broadband connection, Jio Home TV the online TV service and access to premium Apps. There will be a single plan to use the services capped into a limited bandwidth and download.
Reliance Jio is testing the FTTH services in few cities, and as per the source, it looks some Reliance users are already testing it out. The image of the plan is leaked through an employee’s account where it shows a Triple Play package with a 28 Days Validity and benefits of 100GB download under Unlimited internet service.
Officially Jio has not revealed any info on plans, as per a preview offer, JioGigaFiber will provide a 100Mbps for 90 days and a monthly data quota of 100GB. In case users consumed everything, they can opt to pay for 40GB pack through MyJio app. As a complementary benefit user can also access Jio’s premium apps. There won’t be any installation charges during the Preview offer period, but there will be a refundable security despot of Rs.4500.
If the Triple Play Plans exit and will be soon rolling out then users will have a convenience to recharge and use everything under one single bill. It will include the broadband connection, TV and premium apps, but it also limits the usage due to a 100GB cap. Streaming HD Videos, games, etc. can instantly consume the data pack within two weeks of usage, users will have to buy a 40GB pack to continue using Jio Fibre.
