As we have earlier reported that Xiaomi’s sub-brand, Redmi has officially confirmed its flagship phone Redmi K20. The phone is likely to be launched in China on May 28. According to reports, Redmi K20 is equipped with seventh generation fingerprint sensor, 4,000 mAh battery and 18W fast charging support.
Redmi K20 was recently found listed on TENAA Chinese certification with model number M1903C3EE/M1903C3EC revealing its key specifications ahead of its official launch. The Chinese smartphone maker has confirmed that Redmi K20 will have AMOLED display with a resolution of 2340×1080.
Taking to Chinese microblogging site Weibo site, Redmi has confirmed that Redmi K20 will be packed with 4,000mAh battery. The President of the company also claimed that the phone has achieved the score as high as 458,754 in AnTuTu.
As per the listing, the Redmi K20 would have a 6.15 inches Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2340×1080 pixels. It is also reported to have powered by the latest octa-core Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 chipset along with 6GB of RAM and of 128GB of internal storage.
Talking about Redmi K20 camera, the flagship device will sport a triple camera set up at the back with a combination of a 48-megapixel primary sensor, a 13-megapixel secondary sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The phone will have a 20-megapixel pop-up selfie camera.
The company’s top management has already given us some hints that the device will have Android Q Beta version. Moreover, it would have a USB Type C port. India’ launch date of Redmi K20 is yet to be announced.
