OnePlus has recently launched its two smartphones OnePlus 7 or OnePlus 7 Pro. But, other mobile companies are all set to take on with their smartphones in every aspect. Xiaomi and Asus have taken their respective Twitter accounts and took a potshot at OnePlus and warned saying that their mobile phones are also coming in the market to take on OnePlus 7/Pro.
Asus, whose new smartphone Asus Zenfone 6 is all set to be launched in India today, took a dig at OnePlus’ latest smartphone by uploading a teaser. Sharing teaser of Asus Zenfone 6, they took a pot shot at OnePlus 7’s battery.
Asus India wrote on Twitter: “5000 > 1+7+3700, so why choose ordinary when you can #DefyOrdinary? #ZenFone6.”
Asus was basically taking a dig at OnePlus’ 3700 mAh battery and claiming that Asus’ upcoming will have a better and much bigger battery. The company has also confirmed that the Zenfone 6 will be packed with 5000mAh battery.
In their Tweet, Asus has also given us a glimpse of the front panel of Asus Zenfone 6. If anything to go by the picture, Asus’ upcoming phone will not have a notch design display which means they are also introducing pop-up selfie camera just like Oppo, Vivo and OnePlus.
If the recent leak is to be believed, Asus will introduce a flip camera which we have already seen in the Samsung Galaxy A80.
Apart from Asus, Redmi, which is all set to launch its new flagship phone Redmi K20 took a potshot at OnePlus too. Xiaomi’s India managing director Manu Kumar Jain tweeted, “Congratulations @OnePlus team! There’s a new flagship in town. Flagship Killer 2.0: coming soon.. Hold my dragon!”
There’s an image as well, saying reads, “Congratulations OnePlus, We heard about your new flagship, regards Flagship Killer 2.0.” The letter K has the number 855 written inside it.
With the OnePlus 7 and OnePlus 7 Pro, Xiaomi is quickly reminding everyone similar to Asus, they too have a flagship coming up for India, which is supposed to be called Redmi K20 with the same Qualcomm Snapdragon 855 processor as the two OnePlus phones.
