Bollywood actress, Rakul Preet Singh was in headlines few months back, but for few wrong reasons. After the actresses name was dragged in the drug cartel case, she reportedly moved to the Delhi High Court against media trials and social media rumors. Her plea to the court cleared that she is a non-smoker, a teetotaller, into fitness, yoga, meditations and she leads her life with a healthy lifestyle. Recently, the News broadcasting authorities have ordered three channels to air an apology addressing her. Now, she appears on Samantha’s chat show, Sam Jam and opens up about handling the controversy and media trials.
Amidst the fun conversation on the chat show, host, Samantha Akkineni asked Rakul about how she managed to maintained strong, graceful, demeanour way of dealing with the controversy. To which the ‘De De Pyaar De’ actress stated that few people have gone to an extent where they claimed that the house I stays in had been gifted by a guy. Being said, “Why them am I working, if somebody can gift me a house. When you just put your blinders on and you that I’m not going to listen to this and I my work is going to speak for myself. And That’s happed many a times.”
