Actress Rakul Preet Singh turned 31 on Sunday, October 10. The actress was flooded with warm birthday wishes but one stood out. It was from Actor and producer Jackky Bhagnani. He took to Instagram to pen a love-filled note for Rakul, confirming that they are dating.
