On the other note, the first episode of Rajinikanth in Man Vs Wild’s Into The Wild was broadcasted on Discovery channel’s streaming app, Discovery Plus, and the first episode in the app was of Rajinikanth.
After Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Rajinikanth becomes the second Indian personality to be featured on Grylls’ survival show. The episode with Prime Minister Modi was aired last year in August. The episode with Rajinikanth is one of the most awaited ones and will premiere on March 23.
For the unversed, Bear Grylls is a popular adventure survivalist and has earned a tremendous fan following in India after shooting with Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. His episode with Bollywood star and National Award-winner actor Akshay Kumar will also be featuring soon. The show also saw US President Barack Obama, Russian President Vladimir Putin on the show.
