Rajinikanth Has Been Discharged From Apollo Hospital After Suffering From Blood Pressure Fluctuations

Superstar Rajinikanth was hospitalised after he suffered a major fluctuation in his blood pressure. He was admitted to the Apollo hospital in Hyderabad due to hypertension and exhaustion. However, he been now discharged from the hospital and doctors have advised him to be on bed rest for a week.
The superstar was apparently kept under strict medical attention for two days. Following the improvement in his health condition, he been discharged. The hospital has released an official statement which states that the actor has been advised to be on a bed rest for a week. “Mr. Rajinikanth has been admitted in the hospital today in the morning. He was shooting for a movie in Hyderabad since the last 10 days. A couple of people on the sets tested positive for Covid-19. Mr. Rajnikanth was tested on 22 December for COVID-19 and he was negative. Since then he isolated himself and was monitored closely (sic),” read the statement issued by the hospital.

Reportedly, Rajinikanth’s daughter was taking care of him at the hospital. Doctors had urged his well wishers to avoid visiting him so he can get more rest time. Few days back he was shooting for his upcoming Tamil film, ‘Annaatthe’ in Hyderabad. However, after four crew members test positive for Coronavirus, the shoots were stalled. Actor-turned-politician has apparently show no symptoms for COVID-19 infection and doctors have suggested him to avoid activities wherein he can contract Covid-19.
