Actor Rajat Bedi in legal trouble for allegedly hitting a man with his car
Renowned actor, Rajat Bedi lands in legal trouble after allegedly knocking down a man with his car in Mumbai. The victim is in critical condition and has been admitted in the ICU
A police case has been apparently registered against, Bollywood actor Rajat Bedi for allegedly hitting a 39-year-old man in Mumbai with his car. The actor is said to have taken the victim to the Cooper Hospital, wherein he confessed about knocking down the victim in DN Nagar area while he was crossing the road.
As per a report by TOI, the incident took place at around 6.30pm near Sitla Devi Temple, which is at a walkable distance from DN Nagar metro station. The actor was apparently heading back to his home before encountering the accident. The victim has been identified as Rajesh Boudh, who is 40-year-old and was reportedly crossing the road when the actor was in his car.
The actor is said to have informed the family of the victim and assured that he would take care of his medical bills and help them.

For the unversed, DN Nagar Police officials reportedly revealed that an FIR under the Sections of the IPC and Motor Vehicles Act has been registered against Rajat Bedi for hitting the man. No arrests have been made yet as the victim is still in critical condition. The victim is apparently on the oxygen support and is in very critical condition.
