Rahul Gandhi at Kailash Mansarovar Yatra: There is no hatred here
Congress president Rahul Gandhi — on a pilgrimage to Kailash Mansarovar — took to Twitter on Wednesday and shared some pictures quoting that “There is no hatred here”. In his tweet, he clicked some photographs of the “tranquil and calm” waters of the lake and shared them on his twitter handle.
Expressing his views, he wrote, “The waters of lake Mansarovar are so gentle, tranquil and calm. They give everything and lose nothing. Anyone can drink from them. There is no hatred here. This is why we worship these waters in India.”

The Congress president is currently undertaking the Kailash Mansarovar Yatra. The decision to visit the place was taken by the 48-year-old politician after his plane plunged hundreds of feet during the campaign for the Karnataka polls in April this year.
The incident took place on April 26, when Gandhi along with others was travelling from Delhi to Hubballi airport in Karnataka and suddenly the plane had developed some technical faults. Due to this, the plane dipped steeply with violent shuddering. After some struggle, the pilot managed to control the flight and they landed safely. Gandhi later announced on April 29 that he wanted to undertake the pilgrimage. Gandhi left the national capital on August 31 for undertaking the Yatra.
