Pushpa: Allu Arjun Resumes Shooting For His Upcoming Thriller

Telugu superstar Allu Arjun has resumed the shoot of his upcoming thriller Pushpa. The Stylish star returns after a gap of three months. The shoot was on hold due to the lockdown imposed by the government to curb the second wave of COVID-19. Now, after months, the cast and crew have reportedly resumed the shoot. The news was shared on the official Twitter handle of the makers.

The shooing is taking place in Secunderabad and is expected to be a 40-day straight schedule. The first part of the film will be wrapped up on this schedule. The first part of Pushpa is anticipated to release in the final quarter of the year.

A Sukumar directorial ‘Pushpa’ also stars Rashmika Mandanna, Fahadh Faasil, Jagapathi Babu, Prakash Raj, Dhananjay, Sunil, Harish Uthaman, Vennela Kishore, Anasuya Bhardwaj and Urvashi Rautela in pivotal roles. The plot of Pushpa is set against the backdrop of the extensive smuggling of red sanders in the Chittor region of Andhra Pradesh.

Pushpa is bankrolled by Naveen Yerneni and Y. Ravi Shankar of Mythri Movie Makers in association with Muttamsetty Media. Ace musician Devi Sri Prasad has given the music for Pushpa. The first part is scheduled for the 13 August 2021 release whereas the second part is scheduled for a 2022 release.
