Poonam Pandey’s husband Sam Bombay gets bail after being accused of ‘molesting’ by the actress

On Wednesday, Poonam Pandey accused her husband-film producer, Sam Bombay of molestation, threatening, and assaulting her. The couple was in Canacona village of South Goa for a film shoot. Now, reportedly. Sam has been granted bail.

As per a report in PTI, an official stated that Judicial magistrate first class Shanoor Audi has granted bail to Sam Bombay on a surety of Rs 20, 000 and he has been asked to report to the Canacona police station for the next four days starting today (September 23) and has been asked to not interfere with witnesses.

“Pandey filed a complaint late Monday night claiming her husband Sam Bombay had molested her and threatened her with dire consequences after assaulting her. He was arrested, the victim was subjected to mandatory medical tests,” said the inspector,” Inspector Tukaram Chavan of Canacona police station said, according to PTI.

Poonam and Sam got engaged amid the nationwide coronavirus lockdown, back in July. On September 1, 2020, the couple tied the knot with boyfriend Bombay in a low key ceremony at their home in Bandra, they were also in a live-in relationship for around two years. The two were also spotted at Mumbai Airport leaving for their honeymoon reportedly.
