Poonam Pandey has ended up in legal trouble yet again, as an FIR if filed against the Nasha actress by The Goa Forward Party today for shooting an obscene video in Chapoli Dam, Goa. Reportedly, they also complained that the video was shot on government property with restricted access, at the Chapoli dam in Canacona.
“Goa: FIR filed against an unknown person at Canacona PS for shooting of vulgar video featuring actress Poonam Pandey. Offence registered under IPC. Also, women’s wing of Goa Forward Party filed a complaint against Pandey for shooting obscene video at Chapoli Dam,” tweeted ANI.

According to a report in NDTV, the complaint stated as: “We would like to draw your attention towards allegedly porn video starring actor Poonam Pandey which is being circulated over social media in the state. This video is a sort of assault on Goan women and has tarnished the image of Goa. The shooting of this porn video is done at Chapoli dam Canacona, which has shocked the people of Cancona, famous for its culture.”
The party said that offenders should be booked, “We are shocked how this video was shot at the Government property and with whose permission. This needs to be investigated and culprits need to be booked.”
A few days back, the actress had filed a complaint against her husband, Sam Bombay for alleging him of molestation and physical abuse. She also stated that she will be ending her marriage as she has suffered a lot, however, the duo mended their differences and have patched up.
