Following Poonam Panday, Milind Soman Gets Booked By Goa Police For Spreading ‘Obscenity In Public’

Bollywood actor, Milind Soman is currently in the buzz after his nude beach picture goes viral on the internet. On the occasion of his Birthday he had shared a picture on his social media handles and now that picture has attracted legal trouble for him. After he gets trolled for spreading obscenity in public, now Goa Police has lodged a complaint against him.

The development comes after police receives an outrage on Twitter over the ‘double standards’ of the officials for arresting Poonam Pandey earlier and not arresting Milind of late. Finally, the officials have taken legal action against him after an FIR was filed. He has been booked under the IPC Section 294 (Obscene acts and songs) and Section 67(Punishment for publishing/transmitting obscene material in electronic form) of IT Act for his social media post.

As per a report by news agency, ANI, Pankaj Kumar Singh, Superintendent of Police South Goa informed, “An organisation called Goa Suraksha Manch had given a complaint against Milind Soman for running nude on a beach in South Goa and then circulating those pictures on social media.”

For the unversed, Goa Police had earlier booked a complaint against actress, Poonam Panday for filming an ‘obscene video’ at the Goa beach. Due to the video, she was arrested by the Police. Women’s wing of Goa Forward Party had allegedly filed a complaint against the actress in Goa.
