Planning to buy a car? Nissan India has lined up August 2018 BIG discount
Nissan India has planned to announce August 2018 discounts on its entire car range. The car range comprises of three vehicles – the Micra hatchback in Active and regular trims, the Sunny C-Segment sedan and the Terrano SUV.
Discounts range from Rs. 50,000+ on the Micra Active to over Rs. 1 lakh on the Terrano. These discounts are planned to boost the sales of Nissan’s cars and SUVs.
The Indian subsidiary of Nissan Motor Company of Japan is going through the tough phase, as most of its car range have aged notably when compared to competition. Nissan is in hope that these large discounts will help bring in more numbers for both dealers and service centers. With same hope, the discounts are planned in coincide with India’s festive season.
The range of Micra Active which is priced between Rs. 5.03 lakhs and Rs. 5.98 lakhs will include free insurance worth Rs. 20,000 and a cash discount of Rs. 10,000 whereas Rs. 5,000 discount for government employees. Along with reduced interest rate of 7.99 %, which will translate into savings of over Rs. 15,000 over the loan tenure.

If you are wondering about discounts on the regular Micra, those will remain similar to the Active model but with only the cash discount component increasing to Rs. 12,000.
Nissan is offering free insurance worth Rs. 35,000 , a government employee discount of Rs. 7,000 and a reduced loan interest rate of 7.99 % on the Sunny C-Segment sedan.
Whereas Terrano gets a cash discount of Rs. Rs. 30,000, free insurance worth Rs. 45,000, a government employee discount of Rs. 10,000 and a reduced loan interest rate at 7.99 %.
According to reports, Nissan is expected to launch an all-new SUV in India named ‘The Kicks’. The price of the Nissan Kicks is likely to start from Rs 10 lakh and go up to Rs 14 lakh. Nissan Kicks is expected to be powered by Renault’s 1.5-litre dCi diesel engine, which it will share with SUVs such as the Renault Duster, Renault Captur and the Nissan Terrano.
