‘Kasautii Zindagi Kay’ actor Parth Samthaan tests positive for Covid-19
Television actor Parth Samthaan revealed he has been tested positive for Coronavirus.
Parth Samthaan aka Anurag Basu of the popular show ‘Kausutii Zindagi Kay’ has been tested positive for Coronavirus on Sunday. The actor took to his Instagram handle and made the announcement to informs all his fans.
Addressing the same, the actor also shared a health update, he captioned, “Hi everyone , I have been tested Postive for covid 19 .although I have mild symptoms.. I would urge and request everyone whose been with me in close promitixy over the last few days please go and get yourself tested . The Bmc has regularly been in touch and with the doctors guidance I am in self quarantine and I am grateful to them for all their support . Please be safe and take care 😇” wrote Parth.

The actor’s friends in the industry, wished him a speedy recovery in the comments sections: ‘Kaisi Yeh Yaariaan’ co-star Niti Taylor wrote, “Parth wishing you a speedy recovery. Good health and strength come your way. Takecare be safe”

Ekta Kapoor’s Balaji Telefilms, shared a statement, that read: “We would like to inform various stakeholders that one of our talents from the show Kasautii Zindagii Kay has tested positive for Covid-19 and is now receiving medical attention. Our first priority is to help protect our talent, production crew and employees. We are taking all the precautions detailed in the guideline. We were and will continue following all medical protocols set by the authorities and have implemented guidelines concerning social interactions, hygiene, travel, and visits to the sets.”

Recently, Parth resumed shooting in June. However, the shooting have now been stopped due to the actor’s infection.
