OnePlus Nord 2 5G finally has a launch date, the much-awaited smartphone will launch in India on July 22. This announcement comes directly from OnePlus through its Twitter handle. Additionally, OnePlus Nord 2 5G phone has been listed on Amazon India ahead of its launch. The OnePlus Nord 2 5G may be available for purchase during Amazon’s Prime Day sale taking place between July 26–27.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G price in India (expected):
The OnePlus Nord 2 5G price is not revealed yet. OnePlus Nord was launched at Rs. 24,999, so OnePlus Nord 2 5G might be priced similarly. But another model called OnePlus Nord CE is available from Rs. 24,999 and comes with a 90Hz AMOLED panel along with Qualcomm Snapdragon 750G chipset.

OnePlus Nord 2 5G is said to feature a 6.43-inch full-HD+ AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate. A triple rear camera, along with a 50-megapixel primary sensor. It is also expected to have a 32-megapixel selfie camera sensor.
It may have 8GB + 128GB and 12GB + 256GB storage variants. OnePlus Nord 2 5G may also come with an in-display fingerprint sensor and include a 4,500mAh battery.
Design
Speculations abound that OnePlus Nord 2 5G will arrive as a successor to the OnePlus Nord that was launched in July last year. The upcoming smartphone is rumoured to retain the hole-punch display design that debuted on the original OnePlus Nord last year. This means a punch-hole camera at the top left of the screen. Same placement of hard buttons on the edges. At the back, the smartphone will sport a rectangular camera module that will come with a triple-lens setup and a flash. The LED flash will be placed where the fourth lens is seen on the camera of the OnePlus 9 Pro. The smartphone will roughly measure 160 x 73.8 x 8.1mm.
Camera:
The sensors on the camera setup might include a 50-megapixel primary lens, an 8-megapixel lens and a 2-megapixel sensor. At the front, the OnePlus Nord 2 is expected to feature a 32-megapixel selfie shooter.
Display:
The OnePlus Nord 2 is expected to sport a 6.43-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a refresh rate of 90Hz and an in-display fingerprint scanner for authentication. This will further be enhanced by AI features like AI Color Boost technology, AI Resolution Boost and Smart Ambient Display.
Memory:
OnePlus Nord 2 5G might include an 8GB RAM variant. The smartphone will pair it with 128GB of storage. A step-up model with a higher 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is also possible.
Battery:
OnePlus Nord 2 is likely to feature a 4500mAh battery that may also feature 30W or 65W fast charging.
