Nikki Tamboli’s brother Jatin passed away due to COVID-19

Over the last few weeks, India recorded the highest spike in COVID-19 cases. Maharashtra, Delhi, West Bengal and few other regions have contributed with the highest number of cases in the second wave. As of by Tuesday i.e. May 4, the nation recorded more than  3.5 lakh fresh COVID-19 cases as per Health Ministry’s data. Several celebs from the TV and Bollywood industry tested positive for COVID-19. Bigg Boss fame, Nikki Tamboli’s brother, Jatin passed away due to complications in his health after he was tested positive. He was just 29-year-old.

Nikki Tamboli took to her social media handle and shared an emotional post remembering her late brother. On Instagram, she shared the picture of her brother and wrote that he was suffering from Covid-19 complications. “We didn’t know that this morning God was going to call your name. In life we loved you dearly In death, we do the same It broke our heart to lose you You didn’t go alone For part of us we went with you The day God called you home You left us beautiful memories Your love is still our guide And though we cannot see you You are always by our side Our family chain is broken And nothing seems the same But as God calls us one by one The chain will link again. You are always loved immensely and never forgotten. May your soul Rest in peace!! I miss you dada (sic),” she shared.

In her Instagram stories, Nikki revealed that her brother was going through several health issues and thus he was in the hospital last 20 days.

Earlier the actress had posted pictures of hosting a puja at her house. It was organized to pray for her brother’s well-being.
