Nick Jonas reveals how living with Type 1 Diabetes can be lonely and Isolating

Nick Jonas had been diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes about 14 years ago. Ever since then, he has struggled with his health for many years especially behind the scenes if not on screen. Apparently, Nick Jonas took to Instagram to share with his fans on the subject matter related to diabetes.
Lately, Nick Jonas took to Instagram and talked on the matter further with his followers. He captioned,”14 years ago this month I was diagnosed with Type 1 diabetes. This experience has shaped how I approach my health – working out, eating well, and always thinking about my blood sugar and insulin needs. You can’t always see what goes into managing an invisible illness, and Type 1 diabetes can feel lonely and isolating.” Check out the image below.
Apparently, Nick Jonas was diagnosed with Diabetes back in the year of 2005. It was also the same year when he had formed the band Jonas Brothers alongside with his elder brothers Kevin Jonas and Joe Jonas. If you aren’t aware what Type 1 diabetes is, basically put it is a condition which occurs when human body cannot produce enough insulin which plays the main factor in regulating sugar levels and metabolism and also many more besides it.
Also, the disease is quite common and found in the children and teenagers who were born with the condition since birth. Even Nick Jonas was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes at the age of 13 years when he was just a teenager.
