On Thursday i.e July 29, the official trailer video for Nayanthara starrer Netrikann has been unleashed. The film is being helmed by Milind Rau and it is set in the backdrop of a murder mystery. The actress will be seen portraying the role of a visually impaired person, who turns to be a witness in a murder case. The trailer video is sure to give you edgy thriller vibes.
While it is not officially revealed, the film, Netrikann is reportedly loosely inspired from the Korean film Blind. As unveiled in the trailer video, Nayanthara is a visually impaired witness in the murder case. The mystery gives nightmare to the police department, as an unknown killer keeps targeting young women from Chennai city. He comes across Nayanthara while committing the crime, however, ignores her because of her condition. The latter then decides to bring the killer down by herself and she helps the police for investigation. The actress is commendable with her screen presence and the thrilling scenes are enough to create anticipations. Ajmal Ameer will be seen as the antagonist.
