Neha Dhupia REVEALS Angad Bedi tested COVID-19 positive in her 2nd pregnancy
Neha Dhupia revealed that she was pregnant with her second child with Angad Bedi when the actor had contracted COVID-19.
On Monday, Neha Dhupia and Angad Bedi revealed that they are all set to embrace parenthood for the second time. The couple shared the good news with their fans on social media with an adorable family picture. Now, Dhupia, in an interview revealed that her husband had tested positive for COVID-19 during the initial months of her pregnancy.

Talking to the Hindustan Times, the ‘Tumhari Sulu’ actress spoke about the difficult time and said: “Hard is an understatement. It was a lot that we went through. It’s always hard when someone around you gets Covid-19, and harder when you’re pregnant, but Angad was the one who helped me stay positive in that period.”
The actress is due in October. Further, talking about her second pregnancy, she said that it has been different. “I’ve got less questions in my mind because I know the beats of it, and why and how the mind and body reacts to it. I always compare it with my first pregnancy. However, the lockdown didn’t make it easier.”
Neha also shared how her husband Angad reacted when she shared the news with him. “It was full of excitement and joy. It’s between amazed, amused, and happy. We looked at each other [and realised] that this is what we wanted and we got,” she said.
Dhupia also said that she and Angad are treading with caution a little more this time as compared to her first pregnancy. Lastly, she said that she is gearing up her daughter Mehr and her house for the second baby.
