South Actress, Nayantara To Reunite With Filmmaker Prabhudeva All Again? 

The entire nation has been on an extended lockdown during the COVID-19 outspread, and thus, the film industry has also been shut for more than two months now. As the government introduced unlock phase 1, filmmakers are all gearing up with their projects to kickstart shooting soon, when the government grants them the permissions. As per the latest reports, Prabhudeva is considering reviving one of his shelved projects which stars Nayantara in the prominent role.

As per the latest report in Indiaglitz.com, unconfirmed sources informed that Nayanthara has agreed to act in a new movie to be directed by Prabhu Deva for producer Isari Ganesh. A couple of years back a dual hero project ‘Karuppu Raja Vellai Raja’ with Karthi and Vishal as the heroes were announced by Ganesh in view of using the funds to the Nadigar Sangam buildings. However, after a few days of shooting the project got shelved.

Apparently, Ganesh and Prabhu Deva have decided to revive it. Karthi is said to be retained in the cast and in place of Vishal the team has decided for a gender change and Nayanthara has been penciled in.

For those who don’t know, the actress and the filmmakers were in headlines, when apparently, Prabhudeva divorced his wife to be Nayantara. However, they called it quit for unknown reasons.
