Navratri will begin on 29th September 2019. The occasion is for nine days. Worshipers wish the nine different goddesses for the nine days, wear nine colours based on the days and do fasting and feasting. The most significant aspect of the festival is the dandiya and garba that only makes the festive moment rejoicing and energetic. Happy Navratri Wishes & Song

Here are the colours to keep in mind from first to the ninth day.
Day 1 of Navratri : Orange
The colour of the day for the first day is orange colour. The colour orange depicts warmth, enthusiasm and happiness. Want to be the life of the party on your first day? Wear the lehenga in a traditional way. The Vikram Phadnis lehenga donned by Soha Ali Khan can be the ideal lehenga for you to charm everyone around you on day one. Complete the look with some big Jhumka earrings. You can either keep your hair open with loose, soft curls or tie it up into a rose bun.

Next, the colour of the day for the second day is white. White is currently in trend especially styled and worn by famous Bollywood celebrities. The white colour lehenga is so popular that even brides to be are ditching the bright colours and being bold by turning to shades of white on their big day. The Kareena Kapoor white Lehenga by Anita Dongre can work to be a great investment for you. Glam up yourself wearing this stylish, lightweight lehenga. For a subtle, minimal look go for a plain silver maang tika with metallic bangles.

A simple pendant will only further add more style to your simple look.Style your hair straight and let it down.
Day 6 of Navratri: Green
Green symbolizes life, harmony and growth. Dia Mirza looks gorgeous in this shimmering dark green lehenga. When thinking of lehenga in green especially if you are about to attend an event or to shake a leg go for dark shades on the sixth day. It is the get away lehenga that will go along with any jewelry. Pair emerald stud earrings and a pendant with it. Without any doubt, you will be in the limelight all the evening and night with or without dancing.
Day 7 of Navratri: Grey
Seventh day already and still want all eyes on you? Go for grey. Once grey was considered dull and drab. Now, it is in fashion. Grey colour stands for transformation and Conservative. Doesn’t ring a bell? No worries. Doll up yourself with a grey lehenga that’s formal yet an informal kind of dress code. Manushi Chhillar looks marvelous in this lehenga. It is embroidered with pearls and yet looks ravishing. You could think of a similar style or something of your choice for the evening. Who said you can’t go for a simple outfit and still not make everyone gaze at you?
Day 8 of Navratri: Purple
The colour purple represents royalty, extravagance and grandeur. All three in one? Interesting and yet you can bemuse all by wearing a purple lehenga right when the peak of Navratri excitement is about to escalate. On the eight day go for a lehenga that’s funky, peppy or that displays grandness and royalty. Sonam Kapoor looking all majestic and regal in lehenga by Jayanti Reddy is the exact dress you would want to match with heavy jewelry. Purple lehenga is in so make sure the colour purple you wear is bright especially when you have to wear for the night. Go for heavy necklace, choker, maang tikka and set the dandiya night on fire. This is all in or nothing when it comes to accessories.
Day 9 of Navratri: Peacock Green
This colour symbolizes spirituality, calm, serenity. Kiara Advani wore the striking lehenga by Shyamal and Bhumika. Just because it is the last day of Navratri doesn’t mean you should go all dull or boring. It’s the last fun and frolic event of the night. A night to groove to the upbeat songs, tap your feet and let your lehenga grab all eyeballs on you. Go for a simple hairstyle with less or no accessory. A bracelet and simple earrings will go along well with the peacock green lehenga. Let people remember you till next year that what a fab lehenga you wore and rocked the dandiya event.
