Munmun Dutta Had to Leave Mt. Kilimanjaro Trek In Midway Due To Panic Attack

Munmunn Dutta is a wanderlust and loves travelling across the world when she has time. The actress has recently travelled across East Africa. She has been preparing for this trek for a long time but she had to be brought down from the Mountains due to a severe claustrophobic and panic attack in the pitch darkness, she informed on Instagram.
Munmunn was geared up to trek across Mt. Kilimanjaro. Reaching out to her 1.4 million Instagram followers, she has shared on day 2 of her climb and wrote: “Excited and elated to have reached the 2nd camp and we had a clear view of the peak of Kilimanjaro. It looked so close yet so far away…”
The moment she started her Trip, Munmun informed her fans on Instagram and wrote: “A super relaxing day in Arusha, Tanzania today. Rejuvenating and resting it out before we start with our big climb tomorrow.”
Apart from her solo pictures, she has shared the pictures of her team with whom she has been exploring the Mountains. Sharing the pictures on Instagram, she wrote: “As of now, reaching the peak of Mt Kilimanjaro is the sole purpose and only goal of mine…”
She wrote a lengthy post on Instagram revealing why she had to end her trek in the midway. Here’s what she wrote: “With deep regrets I have to declare here that I had to end my climb of Mount Kilimanjaro after the day 2 climb due to severe Claustrophobia 2 nights in a row… I was one of the strongest person in the group – physically and mentally both. And I knew I would reach the peak sooner than expected…But you can never be prepared for everything . And in my case it is my severe case of Claustrophobia which I didn’t count before the climb. But the mountain taught me.”
