Mumbai Police gives an epic reply to Sonam & Dulquer over a video

Mumbai Police gave an epic reply to Sonam & Dulquer's video in which Salmaan is seen using the phone while driving a vehicle on December 14.

Mumbai Police is known for taking action against offenders irrespective of whether they are celebrities or common man. They do not leave any stone unturned for the safety of the nation, but that’s not the only thing they are good at, Mumbai Police is equally good on social media as well.

Recently, Bollywood actress, Sonam Kapoor posted a video of Dulquer Salmaan, in which Salmaan is seen busy talking on the phone while driving and it seems like the Mumbai police took it seriously.

Notably, Dulquer Salmaan is a Malayalam actor, who will next be seen opposite Sonam Kapoor in the film ‘Zoya Factor’. Taking to her Instagram stories, Sonam Kapoor posted a video in which her co-actor is seen driving a car while his both the hands busy on his phone, instead of the steering wheel.

Sonam Kapoor, who was seated next to him advised him saying  “Weirdo.” Shortly after the clip was posted, Mumbai Police took to their twitter handle to give a piece of advice to the duo.

Taking to Twitter, Mumbai Police tweeted, “We agree with you @sonamakapoor! Quite a ‘weirdo’ to try such stunts while driving and putting the lives of fellow drivers at risk too! We don’t quite approve of these even in ‘reel’ life. #NotDone.”

However, Sonam soon came to Dulquer’s rescue and clarified that contrary to what the Mumbai police interpreted, that the actor was not driving the car, in fact, they were “rigged on a truck”.

“We weren’t driving we were rigged on a truck.. but I’m glad you guys are concerned.. I hope and I know you show the same interest in regular folk as well! Thanks for taking care!” she tweeted.

Responding to the video, Dulquer Salmaan tweeted:

But Mumbai Police did not stop there. They had a reply to Sonam Kapoor who called out to the regular folks.

Despite having schooled wrongly Sonam Kapoor and Dulquer Salmaan, Mumbai Police still knows how to win the social media battle with their coolest comebacks.
