Mumbai: Level-3 fire breaks out in slum at Bandra; no casualty reported so far
A level-3 fire broke out in a slum at Lalmati, opposite Bandra Fire Station on Nagardas Road in Mumbai on Tuesday morning. No reports of casualty have emerged so far.
The fire had reportedly broken out close to Bandra reclamation, under a flyover. At least nine fire tenders were rushed to the spot as soon as the incident was reported. The team of firefighters and locals as well were trying to douse the fire.
The cause of fire is yet to be ascertained.
