A Korean Flight to Mumbai has been diverted to Ahmedabad, a Lufthansa flight from Frankfurt and an Air India flight from Bangkok had to be diverted, sources have said in a report by news agency PTI.

According to the Meteorological department, Mumbai has received more than 540mm rainfall in just two days which is the highest in the past decade. The Government has also declared a public holiday for the Mumbaikars. It’s not only the flights but also the Suburban and western railways which is now heavily affected.
