Mirzapur 2 Trailer: Ali Fazal as Guddu is out for revenge in this crime drama

The wait is finally over! Amazon Prime Video has unveiled the first trailer of Mirzapur Season 2 today. The storyline of the popular crime drama follows druglord Kaleen Bhaiya ruler of a small town of eastern Uttar Pradesh. Season 1 ended on an emotional high with the death of Bablu Pandit and Sweety Gupta. Season 2 is all about revenge and politics. Guddu and Golu are up in arms against Kaleen Bhaiya and his son Munna.

Pankaj Tripathi aka Kaleen Bhaiya’s empire is under threat from Guddu Bhaiya aka Ali Fazal and Golu( Shweta Tripathi). The two not only want revenge but also want to rule over Mirzapur. So does Kaleen Bhaiya’s son Munna and wife Beena aka Rasika Dugal. Violence is amped up in the sequel as they all are aiming for the throne of Mirzapur.

After the death of his father, Sharad is also ready to enter the world of crime to avenge the death of his father Rati Shankar.

Mirzapur Season 2, is directed by Gurmeet Singh and Mihir Desai. The hit series will feature Pankaj Tripathi, Ali Fazal, Divyenndu Sharmaa, and others in pivotal roles.

Bankrolled by Ritesh Sidhwani, Farhan Akhtar, Kassim Jagmagia, Rupali Suresh Vaidya, and Abbas Raza Khan, ‘Mirzapur Season 2’ will premiere on October 23 on Amazon Prime Video.
