Mirzapur 2 New Poster: Golu and Guddu Ready For Revenge

Amazon Prime’s crime thriller Mirzapur season 1 featuring Ali Fazal, Pankaj Tripathi, and Vikrant Massey was a massive hit among viewers. The makers had soon announced the sequel to the much-loved crime drama.  To up the excitement level to a new high the makers have unveiled a new poster featuring Golu and Guddu.

The latest poster of Mirzapur Season 2 features Ali Fazal’s Guddu and Shweta Tripathi’s Golu holding guns. They are seen looking at each other posing against the background of the city. It appears that the two characters are out to take revenge from Divyendu Sharma’s Munna for killing Bablu and Sweety.

Season 1 revolved around Kaleen bhaiya (Pankaj Tripathi) and his heir – apparent Munna. How the entry of two brothers Guddu and Bablu is looked upon as threat by Munna. It ended with the tragic demise of Bablu and Guddu’s wife Sweety. Golu and Guddu escape from Munnna’s clutches. The season is possibly about Guddu’s return as a force to be reckoned with to take revenge on his brother and wife’s death.

The series is set to premiere on October 23 on Amazon Prime Video.
