‘Paurashpur’: Milind Soman all set to play a person of the third gender

Milind Soman is back with a web show, in never seen a character as he will be essaying a role of the third gender on screen for the first time in the upcoming web show Paurashpur, which will be streamed on OTT platforms Zee5 and ALT Balaji.

On Saturday, the official page released the first look of Milind, in which, he was seen sporting a nose pin and face smeared with vermilion, a red bindi, black nail-paint along side heavy gold jewellery. Sharing the first look, ALTBalaji captioned it as, “As the third gender in the world of Paurashpur, it has always been about a power struggle for Boris!
A sharp mind & charming personality; witness the shades of love & the quick-witted Boris, only in #Paurashpur.
Teaser out tomorrow at 12 pm “

Milind also unveiled the first look on his social media handle, with the caption, “Never played someone like this before!! 😀For the third gender in the world of Paurashpur, it has always been a power struggle! A sharp mind and a charming personality; witness the many shades of love and the quick-wit of Boris, only in #Paurashpur.”

The teaser of the show will be releasing tomorrow on December 6, 2020.

Paurashpur also stars Paurashpur Shilpa Shinde, Shaheer Sheikh, Annu Kapoor, Sahil Salathia, Anant Joshi, Poulomi Das, Flora Saini and Aditya Lal. The show will be directed by Sachindra Vats and bankrolled by Sachin Mohite under his banner Jaasvand Productions.
