In the video, Guru and Sanjana showcase their sizzling chemistry, the ‘Proper Patola’ singer is seen donning the look of a soldier, who is in love with Sanjana but also wants to succeed in his duty towards his country. ‘Mehendi Wale Haath’ is composed by the famous duo Sachet-Parampara who also composed songs for ‘Kabir Singh’ and the lyrics have been penned by Sayeed Qadri, directed by Arvindr Khaira.
Sharing the teaser of ‘Mehendi Wale Haath,’ Guru took to his social media handle and captioned it as: “My new single is dedicated to the bravest hearts who set a true example of what is it to love and be there for your countrymen. Am glad to redefine this love with #MehendiWaleHaath releasing on 14th January. Stay tuned!”
This is Guru Randhawa’s first song of 2021 and it also marks the music video debut of the ‘Dil Bechara’ actress.
On the work front, in 2019, Guru released a single, ‘Naach Meri Rani’, which featured Nora Fatehi in the music video, whereas, Sanjana will be next seen in ‘OM: The Battle Within’, opposite Aditya Roy Kapur.
