On Sunday, the much-anticipated interview ‘Oprah With Meghan and Harry: A CBS Primetime Special’ was aired. The duo made some shocking revelations about the royal family. Not just that, they also announced the gender of their second baby and revealed the due date.
During the couple’s sit-down interview with the American host Oprah Winfrey, Prince Harry broke the news that they are expecting a baby girl. “To have any child, any one or any two, would have been amazing. But to have a boy and then a girl, what more can you ask for?” Prince Harry told Oprah.
Prince Harry and Meghan Markle’s baby daughter will be a younger sibling to their one-year-old Archie Harrison Mountbatten-Windsor, who was born on 6 May 2019. Since then, the couple has moved from the United Kingdom to Montecito, California.
The couple also announced the due date and revealed that their daughter will be born sometime this summer. Harry also said that they have got a family of four now, which also features their two dogs.
The couple announced the arrival of their second baby on February 14, 2021, A spokesperson for Prince Harry, 36, and Meghan, 39, said in a statement: “We can confirm that Archie is going to be a big brother. The Duke and Duchess of Sussex are overjoyed to be expecting their second child.”
Harry and Meghan tied the knot at Windsor Castle in May 2018.
