Maryland shooting: Woman shoots herself after killing three and injuring seven
A women shot and killed three people and wounded others in a gun attack at a drug store distribution center in Harford County, Maryland, before shooting herself twice, reported CNN on Thursday.
The shooting occurred at around 9 am on Thursday morning. The woman was taken into custody and died shortly after reportedly from the self-inflicted wounds.
It was reported that the women, a temporary employee of the store, shot herself twice on the head that led to her death. She is rumoured to have been disgruntled at her workplace, which might have led to such an incident.

The accused used a single handgun, Sheriff Jeffrey Gahler had earlier confirmed at a news conference. He had added that the woman was in custody and in a critical condition.
Rite Aid spokeswoman Susan Henderson said, reports CNN that roughly 1000 employees work at the distribution center. “The shooting happened adjacent to the primary building,” she said. “What I understand is the location is secure.”
The victims are, however, reported to be in a stable condition now. Two of them are doing well, said Ray Fang, trauma medical director of the Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center. While the other is still critical.
Meanwhile, Maryland state’s governor Larry Hogan said his office was closely monitoring the incident and the area.
“Our prayers are with all those impacted, including our first responders. The State stands ready to offer any support,” wrote Larry on Twitter.
