Marouane Fellaini will be fit before Chelsea clash: Belgium coach Roberto Martinez
Belgium head coach Roberto Martinez reckons that midfielder Marouane Fellaini would be fit before his club Manchester United’s away match against Chelsea in the Premier League on Saturday.
Fellaini sat out of Belgium’s friendly match against the Netherlands on Tuesday. The contest in Brussels ended in a 1-1 draw with Martinez stated that Fellaini wasn’t “100 per cent fit”.
He should be fine, it’s just he wasn’t 100 per cent,” said Martinez, in his interaction with the reporters.
“He’s got an important game at the weekend and this wasn’t the game to use players who weren’t 100 per cent. We expect he should be fine in the next couple of days,” he added.

Manchester United have had a woeful start to their Premier League campaign this term and are currently placed eighth in the points table with 13 points after eight games. But that stunning comeback win they achieved against Newcastle last week would give them a lot of confidence and momentum, walking into a clash against Chelsea–who have had a very impressive start under new coach Maurizio Sarri so far.
