PM Modi to address Mann ki Baat today at 11 am
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation in the 46th edition of ‘Mann Ki Baat’ on Sunday. The radio programme will be aired on Doordarshan, All India Radio and on other channels from 11 am. People can also listen to PM Modi’s speech in their mobile phones by giving a miss call in 1922.
The programme will also be broadcast at the official YouTube channel of the Ministry of Information and Broadcasting, Prime Minister’s Office, AIR and DD News. For the ease of the people, the programme will also be broadcast in regional languages by Akashvani, but only after the Hindi broadcast.
It is expected that the Premier would congratulate Imran Khan for getting a majority in the recent elections in Pakistan. He might speak about his recent visit to Rwanda and Uganda. Also, he might share his experience on BRICS summit. Known for his active participation at digital platforms, Modi might share his experiences on interactions with farmers and women via video conferencing. These interactions took place earlier this month.
Modi in his previous Mann ki Baat session had spoken about Yoga Day celebrations worldwide, termed doctors as friends, recalling the horrific Jallianwala Bagh incident and said that GST will be one biggest tax reform in the world. Also, Modi remembered Guru Nanak Dev and Dr Syama Prasad Mukherjee. Ending his speech Modi praised to the great saint Kabir Das and also said that sports are great mediums for the integration of society.
