New Poster of Angelina Jolie’s Maleficent: Mistress of Evil unveiled

The makers of Angelina Jolie and Michelle Pfeiffer starrer ‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil’ have unveiled a new poster of the film. The Disney film has Jolie back as the sinister Maleficent. The movie also brings back Elle Fanning as Aurora. Michelle Pfeiffer is playing Queen Ingrith in the follow-up to the 2014 film that had broken a number of records.

In the prequel, we had learnt all about the reason the Jolie chose to be the evil witch. We also realised what drove her to curse baby Princess Aurora. But by the end of the film, she and the sweet-natured Princess Aurora(Elle Fanning) reconcile.

‘Maleficent: Mistress of Evil‘ a fantasy adventure will continue to explore the complex relationship between the horned fairy and the soon to be Queen as they form new alliances and face new adversaries in their struggle to protect the moors and the magical creatures that reside within.

The first Maleficent film minted $241 million at the domestic box office, en route to a massive $758.5 million worldwide. Fans are eager to see the follow up of the much loved Disney film.

The Joachim Rønning directorial also features Ed Skrein, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Robert Lindsay, Harris Dickinson, Sam Riley, Imelda Staunton, Juno Temple and Lesley Manville.

The movie is all set to hit the screens on October 18, 2019.
