LG India has launched a new budget smartphone called ‘Candy’ on August 30, priced at Rs 6,999. The Smartphone is said to have a changeable back cover concept ‘Live Now, Live Colourful’ can be purchased in multicolours including Blue, Silver and Gold. LG’s Smartphone Candy can be purchased in the sale starting from September 1.
If we talk about its feature it includes Android Nougat out of the box, 5 inch HD (720x1200pixels) On-Cell Touch display with 294 ppi pixel density. The LG Candy is powered by an unnamed 1.3GHz quad-core processor comes with 2GB RAM. Internal storage is at 16GB, expandable after using a microSD card slot (up to 32GB).
The smartphone LG Candy is light is weight comprising 152 grams and packs a removable battery of 2,500 mAh. Its connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11/b/g/n, USB 2.0 Type C port, LTE support, Bluetooth 4.2 and FM Radio.
This newly launched smartphone will have 8 MP and 5 MP back and front camera respectively. Apart from this there is additional Flash Jump Shot is given to capture fast photos, it can captured almost 20 photos in two to three second and stitches the images together into GIF for easy sharing. This feature can be used by both the cameras.

The smartphone LG Candy comes days after mid-range LG Q7 smartphone was launched in India for Rs 15,990. The main features of Q7 including IP68 water and dust resistance rating and MIL-STD 810G certification, a USB Type-C port, a full-HD+ display, and face unlock capabilities.
