If Indian forces are truly convinced that this heinous crime was committed by mujahideen (LeT militants), then they should have no objection to an independent investigation of this murder by a neutral country such as China or Russia.”

Claiming to have identified the murderers of Bukhari, the Jammu and Kashmir Police police officials had stated that among the suspected accused, one belongs to Lashker-e-Taiba terrorist named as Naveed Jatt, who is a Pakistani national. Adding that other two are locals and have been identified.
