Kolkata: Massive fire breaks out at Apeejay House, no casualty reported so far
A massive fire broke out at the Apeejay House on Park street in Kolkata on Monday. No casualties have been reported so far. The incident took place at around 11 am.
A short circuit in the server of a private bank may be the cause for the fire. Immediately after fire broke out, the police and fire brigade were alerted. At least ten fire trucks have been rushed to the spot. Meanwhile, the traffic police have stopped vehicles from entering Park Street.

DCP Traffic Kolkata, in a tweet said, “Due to a fire incident on Park Street, traffic on Park Street is closed from Mullick Bazar Crossing. Necessary diversions are on.”
