Kingdom Hearts III version 1.09 and 1.07 updates are now available

Kingdom Hearts III has gotten new updates. The version 1.09 and 1.07 updates bring a hoard of new items to the game. Foremost among these are two new Keyblades Oathkeeper and Oblivion. The last Kingdom Hearts III update brought the long-awaited critical mode as a free update to the game.

However, the new update brings with it new forms and abilities as well as updated menus, modified cutscenes, and quite a few bug fixes. The full patch notes as released by Square Enix can be found below:

• Various issues have been fixed.

Version 1.07

• You can turn in the Key Item “Proof of Promises” at the Moogle Shop to obtain the Keyblade “Oathkeeper.”
• You can turn in the Key Item “Proof of Times Past” at the Moogle Shop to obtain the Keyblade “Oblivion.”
• New forms have been added.
• New abilities have been added.
• Various menus have been updated.
• Some cutscenes have been modified.
• Various issues have been fixed.

Kingdom Hearts III is a 2019 action RPG developed and published by Square Enix for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. The game is the twelfth title in the Kingdom Heart series. It is the conclusion of the Xehanort Saga story arc that started in the original game. Kingdom Hearts III sold over five million copies in its first week of release, making it the fastest and the best-selling game in Kingdom Heart series history.

Kingdom Hearts III is available to play for PlayStation 4 and Xbox One.
