Kiara Advani to star in Netflix film Guilty produced by Karan Johar

Kiara Advani is currently on the purple patch of her career. She is taking the box-office by storm with her recent release Kabir Singh, where she is paired opposite Shahid Kapoor. Now, after Kabir Singh, she is gearing up for Guilty-a film for Netflix that will be produced by Karan Johar.

This is Kiara’s second collaboration with Karan Johar. Earlier she was seen in Netflix anthology film – Lust Stories for which she was raved for her brilliant performance. In Guilty, she will be seen in a brand-new look.

Directed by Ruchi Narain, Guilty explores the different versions of truth that emerge when a small-town girl accuses the college heartthrob of rape. Seen through the eyes of his musician girlfriend, this story makes us question who is truly guilty in such circumstances. The film is scheduled to release later this year.

After capturing our imagination and hearts with her portrayal of the shy and introverted Preeti Sikka in Kabir Singh, we can’t wait to see Kiara in this edgy new bold avatar.

Kiara has a lot of films in her kitty. She will be seen in Good News, Laxmmi Bomb, Shershaah, and Indoo Ki Jawani.
