Khandaani Shafakhana: Sonakshi Sinha turns sexologist in the quirky trailer

Sonakshi Sinha is all set to woo the hearts of her fans in upcoming release ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’. The actress is depicting the role of a happy-go-lucky Punjabi girl who adores her family and will go to any length to see them happy. The trailer gives us a glimpse into the world of a reality-based melodrama and taboo around sex.

Sonakshi Sinha plays the role of a sexologist named Baby Bedi. The Dabangg girl is seen giving people gyan on their sexual disabilities in the quirky trailer. Baby takes it upon herself to spread the word about her uncle’s methods of treatment and also to remove the stigma around talking about sex. When her efforts seem futile, she turns to pop star Gabru Attack (played by rapper Badshah) for help.

The trailer is not only educational but hilarious too.

The cast of ‘Khandaani Shafakhana’ also includes veteran actor Annu Kapoor as Sonakshi Sinha’s boss and Varun Sharma in a pivotal roles. The movie has rapper Badshah making his acting debut. It also stars Kulbhushan Kharbanda and Nadira Babbar.

Directed by Shilpi Dasgupta, Khandaani Shafakhana is scheduled to release on July 26.
