National Award-winning actress Keerthy Suresh was last seen in Eashvar Karthic’s woman-centric movie ‘Penguin’. The versatile beauty’s much-anticipated film, Good Luck Sakhi, was to hit the theatres last year. But the COVID-19 Lockdown delayed its release. Here is some good news for fans the movie has finally got its release date and will hit the theatres in June.
Keerthy took to Twitter and sharing a new poster also revealed the release date. She wrote, “Here’s the announcement you’ve been waiting for! #GoodLuckSakhi is coming to theatres on 3rd June! Save the date! #GoodLuckSakhiOnJune3rd @AadhiOfficial @IamJagguBhai @nkukunoor @ThisIsDSP #DilRaju @SandeepRaaaj @sudheerbza @shravyavarma @WorthAShotArts (sic).”

The movie has Keerthy playing the leading role of Sakhi. She is seen bringing bad luck to everyone. Her fiance too passes away in an accident ahead of their marriage. She later becomes a sharpshooter to compete at the National level.
Good Luck Sakhi also features Aadhi Pinisety, Jagapathi Babu, Rahul Ramakrishna and Rama Prabha in pivotal roles. Bankrolled by Dil Raju, the film will be released in Telugu, Hindi, Tamil and Malayalam on 3rd June.
On the work front, Keerthy also has a Telugu film, Rang De. She is also waiting for the release of her Malayalam film, Marakkar: Arabikadalinte Simham, directed by Priyadarshan.
