Now, celebrity trainer Yasmin Karachiwala has spilled beans behind Katrina Kaif’s washboard abs. Talking to NDTV about Katrina Kaif’s workout routine, she said, “When I met her, she only used to do yoga and weight training, I added functional training and pilates to her routine,” says, Yasmin.
Further, she said, Katrina’s routine consists of functional training, pilates and cardio, which are boosted by exercises using TRX, Bosu, Powerplate, Kettlebells, Medicine and Swiss Balls. The span of the workouts rests squarely on the final result, and varies from 1 to 3 hours a day, seven days a week, tells Yasmin.
Yasmin also shared Kaif’s diet, here’s what the actress consumes:
- Oats for breakfast
- A mid-morning snack of fruit
- Fish and veggies for lunch
- A sandwich in the evening
- Soup and egg whites for dinner
Yasmin also said that Katrina Kaif is very committed to her workout routine and hardly cheats on her diet but once she finishes the training, she indulges in whatever she likes for a few days before getting back on the path.
