Karishma Tanna lifts ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’ trophy, becomes first woman to win the show
Karishma Tanna becomes the first woman to win Rohit Shetty's 'Khatron Ke Khiladi 10.'
Television actress Karishma Tanna finally bags the trophy for ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10. She also becomes the first woman to win the stunt reality show. While Karan Patel and Dharmesh Yelande become the first and second runners-up of winner Rohit Shetty’s ‘Darr ki University’ respectively.
The actress took home a car, and Rs. 20 lakhs of winning price. Tanna also won the trophy awarded to the winners of the tenth season.
Talking about her experience, in the show, the actress said, “Khatron Ke Khiladi has been an incredible journey for me, and I have never experienced so much adventure and thrill in my life. As I lifted the coveted trophy, the extraordinary journey and our good times spent in Bulgaria flashed in front of my eyes.”
“I would like to thank my co-contestants and Rohit Shetty for giving me strength and motivating me to overcome my fears. Khatron Ke Khiladi has taught me a lot, and this experience will stay with me forever,” added Karishma.
The show was shot entirely in Bulgaria, however, the entire team and contestants had to return back to India due to the Coronavirus crisis, later, the grand finale was shot in Mumbai’s Filmcity.
‘Khatron Ke Khiladi 10’ will be replaced by a special edition titled, ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi Made In India,’ however, Farah Khan will be stepping into Rohit’s shoes to don the hosts’ cap. Reportedly, the show will come with “a flavor of Bollywood”. The shoot of ‘Khatron Ke Khiladi Made In India’ begun from July 24, 2020.
