Kareena Kapoor: I am dying to play double role as Sridevi in Chaalbaaz

Kareena Kapoor has impressed her fans by playing different roles in the industry. This includes her role in Talaash, Jab We Met, Chameli, Heroine, and Ki & Ka. After taking a long break from the Bollywood, she is all set to make her comeback on the silver screen. Recently, while shooting for a dance show, ‘Dance India Dance’ Kareena confessed that she has watched Chaalbaaz 35 times and she would love to play a double role like Sridevi as ‘Seeta Aur Geeta’  in ‘Chaalbaaz’

Bebo also said that her sister Karishma has also got an opportunity to work in movies like Judwaa and Saajan Chale Sasural where her double role created confusion. The Dance India Dance 7 judge confessed her wish to essay the role in the upcoming episode of the dance show.

According to a report in Mumbai Mirror, Kareena stated, “I’ve always wanted to do a film where I could play twins like Seeta Aur Geeta or Chaalbaaz.”  She went on and said, “But I have not been offered a double role ever, which is quite strange. I’m dying to do one.”

Presently, Kareena Kapoor Khan is working on her upcoming film ‘Good News’ opposite Akshay Kumar the movie also features Kiara Advani and Diljit Dosanjh which will be released on December 2019. She is also working with Irfaan Khan in the film ‘Angrezi Medium’, which is a sequel to 2017 comedy-drama film ‘Hindi Medium’ the film is supposed to hit theatre in 2020. Also, she has been offered an important role in Karan Johar’s upcoming movie ‘Takht’
