Vijay Devarakonda starrer ‘Arjun Reddy’ remake ‘Kabir Singh‘ has created a box-office dhamaka. The movie that features Shahid Kapoor and Kiara Advani is on a minting spree ever since its release. It has become the biggest blockbuster of this year and is also Shahid’s biggest solo film till date with an earning of more than Rs 271 crore. Well here is some more good news for Deverakonda fans. His upcoming release ‘Dear Comrade’ will soon be seen in a Hindi version.
Dharma Productions head honcho Karan Johar has bought the remake rights of Dear Comrade.

Karan is so impressed with Vijay Deverakonda and Rashmika Mandanna starrer that he further added that he has bought the Hindi remake rights of the film. But he did not reveal if Deverakonda will feature in the film.
The Telugu star too took to his social media handle. He posted a picture with Johar and said he was “so proud to have this man, watch, love and be the one to remake our baby #DearComrade in Hindi.”
‘Dear Comrade’ will open in cinemas on July 26.
On the work front, Karan Johar whose last film Kalank tanked at the box-office will soon start work on a period drama. The movie ‘Takht’ has Ranveer Singh, Anil Kapoor, Kareena Kapoor, Alia Bhatt, Vicky Kaushal, Janhvi Kapoor and Bhumi Pednekar in pivotal roles.
