Many of his fans believed that he made his Bollywood debut with Shah Rukh Khan and Kajol starrer ‘Dilwale Dulhania Le Jayenge’, but it was not the film he made his acting debut with. Karan Johar in one of the episodes of the show ‘Yaaron Ki Baaraat’ revealed that his actual acting debut was with the show, ‘Indradhanush’.
The filmmaker revealed that he was around 14 or 15 years-old while shooting for this show. Due to a delay in the production work, it came out a few years later. “I was ragged when I was 18 about something I did when I was 15. It was not fair,” he said on the show.
