Sharon Osbourne has taken offense to Kanye West and Kim Kardashian flaunting their billionaire status amid the coronavirus pandemic. Earlier this April, Kanye West was officially labeled a billionaire by Forbes and the outlet later deemed Kim Kardashian to be worth around $900 million.

However, despite the Forbes’ report, Kanye took to Twitter to congratulate his wife on becoming a billionaire. He shared a message with a photo of flowers and veggies.

The rapper tweeted, “I am so proud of my beautiful wife Kim Kardashian West for officially becoming a billionaire. You’ve weathered the craziest storms and now God is shining on you and our family. So blessed this is still life. So I made you this still life. We love you so much.”

“The Talk” host Sharon Osbourne has now spoken out against the flaunting of wealth.

“It isn’t the right time to show off your wealth but, hey, some ­people, that is what they do,” she said. “I have never been keen on that anyway, whether there is a pandemic or not. I never believe in that. For me, I cringe when people do it.”

Kanye West recently made the announcement that he intends to run for president in the 2020 election.
