Kangana Ranaut questions Jaya Bachchan: What if it was Shweta or Abhishek?
Kangana Ranaut questions Jaya Bachchan if she would she say the same if it was her daughter Shweta Bachchan or son Abhishek Bachchan who were affected.
On Tuesday, the Samajwadi Party leader and veteran actor of the Bollywood film industry Jaya Bachchan supported Bollywood and said that the image of the entire industry is being tarnished, on the second day of the Monsoon session in Parliament.
Jaya also hit at Kangana Ranaut without naming her and stated that it was a ‘shame’ that people who earned their living from the industry are now calling it a “gutter”
Now, Ranaut hit back at Jaya Bachchan and questioned if it was her children who were affected, “Jaya ji would you say the same thing if in my place it was your daughter Shweta beaten, drugged and molested as a teenage, would you say the same thing if Abhieshek complained about bullying and harassment constantly and found hanging one day? Show compassion for us also 🙏,” she tweeted.

This comes after BJP MP Ravi Kishan, on day one of the monsoon session raised the drug links, he also claimed that drug addiction exits in the film industry.
The Bhojpuri-Hindi actor Ravi Kishan also reacted to Jaya Bachchan’s comments and said that he was expecting that the veteran actress will support her, “I expected Jaya ji to support what I said. Not everyone in the industry consumes drugs but those who do are part of a plan to finish the world’s largest film industry. When Jaya ji & I joined, situation was not like this but now we need to protect the industry,” said Ravi to ANI.
