Kangana Ranaut defends Rangoli Chandel’s tweet, says, she didn’t call for Muslim genocide

On April 16, 2020, Kangana Ranaut’s sister, Rangoli Chandel’s Twitter account was suspended after Sussanne Khan’s sister and jewelry designer Farah Khan Ali called her out for ‘spreading vicious hatred and for calling of killings of a community’. Now, Kangana Ranaut shared a video message on her social media to defend her sister.

The ‘Panga’ actress’ team’s official Instagram account shared a video of the actress where she defends Rangoli. Not only that, but she also tells Farah Khan Ali and Reema Kagti that her sister Rangoli hadn’t tweeted anything which was religious in nature and says that if there is any tweet that is there about Muslim genocide, she and her sister will come and apologize.

Kangana also went on to explain that Rangoli tweeted about the people who attacked doctors and police who went to treat them for coronavirus. Further, she asks, “Do they want to say that every Muslim is a terrorist?” She then stated that social media platforms must be demolished. “We have to find a way to completely demolish these platforms and start our own platforms.”

The actress also extended support to National wrestler Babita Phogat who is facing the wrath of netizens for the alleged communal tweets on Nizamuddin Meet, she also requested the central government to provide safety and security to the wrestler, otherwise, no one ever again will be able to raise their voices against injustice.

Ending the video, she flaunted her beautiful smile and wished everyone ‘Happy Lockdown.’
